Highlights of the Bihar Startup Summit 2025 held at Rabindra Bhawan,Patna :

Thousands gathered at Bihar Startup Summit 2025 in Patna inaugurated by Honble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary organized by team Let’s Inspire Bihar
Led by Bihar’s popular IPS Vikas Vaibhav.
1) More than 4000 startups ,angel investors,youth leaders ,entrepreneurs,professionals and women gathered at startup summit 2025 organized by team of Let’s Inspire Bihar and took a pledge to create a revolution of entrepreneurship in Bihar.
2) Dpty CM Shri Samrat Choudhary innaugareted the event and appreciated Let’s Inspire Bihar team guided by IPS Vikas Vaibhav saying that he is doing work that the government should to do and complemented that Vikas Vaibhav is a part of the government.
3) At the largest startup event 21 startups, where each startup generated more than 100 employement, were awarded with Bihar Entrepreneurship award.
4) Vikas Vaibhav shared his dream of filling of entire Gandhi Maidan with millions of Startups and people with entrepreneurial zest.
5) It has been a long journey with 2,50,000 members and now more than 600 startups directly connected with Let’s Inspire Bihar’s entrepreneurial revolution.
6) 4 panel discussions were held during the event with participation of experts from all over country and abroad who shared their insights on various aspects of entrepreneurship and startups.
7) Several selected startups presented pitch decks out of which 21 to be selected for support of INR Twenty one lakhs each as announced by founder of Dropthy, Mr. Shubhang.
An extensive and wide-reaching Startup Summit 2025 by Let’s Inspire Bihar initiative, concluded successfully on 24th August, 2025 witnessing the enthusiastic participation of over 2000 entrepreneurs, start-ups, and thought leaders from Bihar and the diaspora. Graced by the eminent presence of Hon’ble Deputy CM, Bihar, Shri Samrat Choudhary ji as the Chief Guest and Inaugurator, the event presented a robust platform to deliberate on Bihar's growth trajectory and culminated with releasing a comprehensive Vision 2047 Document. A Clarion call aimed towards a transformative positive change, tangible results, and great impact, witnessed the blaze for change in the hearts of people resonating with the collective commitment of transforming Bihar through Startup Revolution.
Honourable Deputy CM Bihar Shri Samrat Choudhary after inaugurating the programme and as the esteemed Chief Guest addressed the packed auditorium and motivated the audience with the entrepreneurial spirit of Let’s Inspire Bihar and he also deeply appreciated the incessant efforts and momentous milestones of Sri Vikas Vaibhav IPS. He further appreciated the excellent and exceptional work of IPS Vikas Vaibhav and Team Let’s Inspire Bihar in generating entrepreneurial revolution and a large social change drive in the mindset of people of Bihar. He said that it is praise worthy that officer like Shri Vikas Vaibhav along with his large team with more than 2, 50,000 are doing the work what the government should do and that Vikas Vaibhav is a part of the government.
Through this campaign Let’s Inspire Bihar is generating the employment opportunities by promoting Startups in every district of Bihar and he envisions this Startup revolution to infiltrate at block level as well. He also felicitated top 21 Startups started in Bihar with Bihar Udyamita Samman. He stated that by creating road, rail, airways and water ways infrastructure along with sufficient power generation Bihar is ready for industrial revolution and it is perfect time to initiate this kind of startup culture to create industrialization and promote entrepreneurship in every nook and corner of Bihar.
Shri Vikas Vaibhav, IPS, Chief Patron, LIB inspired the audience through his insights on the vision, mission, growth, and contribution of LIB towards the development of entrepreneurship for Viksit Bihar by 2047. He extended his gratitude from the core of his heart to the honourable Dpty CM; Bihar, Shri Samrat Choudhary for his presence at the summit and encouraging the entire Let’s Inspire Bihar team and startups. He shared his dream of gathering millions of Startups at Gandhi Maidan which can turn the fortune of Bihar and make Bihar, the land of industrialization and entrepreneurship. He also shared that this initiative of entrepreneurship summit started in Delhi in year 2021 and since then 350 startups have taken inspiration and established themselves in the state of Bihar.
A Vision document was released by honourable Dpty CM Shri Samrat Choudhary. and it’s final version would be released on 21st December 2025 at Bangalore Startup Summit to be held by Let’s Inspire Bihar.
The Chief Coordinator Shri Rahul Kumar Singh Team LIB welcomed the Chief Guest Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Bihar, Shri Samrat Choudhary. After the lighting of lamp and felicitation of the guests, a welcome speech for inaugural session was presented by Mohan Kumar Jha, Chief Coordinator, Entrepreneurship. The role of Gargi Chapter and women participation promoting entrepreneurship of women in Bihar was put forth by Dr Preeti Bala, Chief Coordinator, Gargi Chapter. Shri Syed Shamael Ahmed emphasised the role of educational institutions in development of entrepreneurship. Wing Commander (Retd.) Mr U K Tripathi presented the Draft Document of Bihar Vision 2047. The final document would be released during the Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave to be held on 21st December in Bengaluru. Mr Rahul Kushwaha shared his thoughts on the need of creating entrepreneurship ecosystem in Bihar. Mr Lav Kumar Singh addressed the audience emphasising on the positivity of how change is possible in Bihar.
Launched on March 22, 2021, by Senior IPS Officer Vikas Vaibhav, the Let’s Inspire Bihar campaign aims to create a developed Bihar and, consequently, a developed India by 2047. Its vision ensures that no one leaves Bihar for education, employment, or healthcare. Rooted in the principles of education, equality, and entrepreneurship, the campaign draws inspiration from Bihar’s rich cultural and entrepreneurial heritage to unite people cutting across the caste and community lines to foster national development. Over 2,50,000+ determined volunteers, of whom 15, 000+ are successful entrepreneurs and senior corporate professionals, who have risen above the differences of caste, religion, gender, or ideologies in order to work together for the establishment of a developed Bihar within developed India by 2047. The campaign envisions an entrepreneurial revolution in Bihar, focusing on job creation within the state. It is building a supportive ecosystem for youth entering self-employment, start-ups, and enterprises. By 2028, it aims to establish five start-ups in each district, each generating 100+ jobs.
As on date, about 350+ Start-Ups are directly connected with the initiative which by 2028, aims to have at least 5 Start-Ups in every district of Bihar, which can provide employment to 100+ persons each. 21 Successful Start-Ups, which are providing employment to 100+ persons or have good future prospects were honoured with the Bihar Entrepreneurship Award (Bihar Udyamita Samman)' on the occasion presented by Mr Prabhakar Rai, Chief Coordinator Begusarai and Ms Shaereen Eram, Coordinator Gargi Chapter. Vote of Thanks for the inaugural function was offered by Mr Alok Kumar Ranjan, Director, Shiksha Samata Udyamita Foundation.

A presentation on Startups was given by Mr Amit Kumar, Founder and CEO, Dropty, Angel Investor, Ex-VP, Product at Meta. Another presentation on Datacentres was given by Mr Vipul Kumar. There were four panel discussions on topics around challenges, possibilities, opportunity recognition, innovation, risk analysis, value creation and adaptability, resource management, networking and leadership, women entrepreneurship for establishment and success of Startups in Bihar. The panels consisted of experts from various fields. The event then headed towards question and answer session, felicitation of panelists, guests, coordinators, and special guests. A vote of thanks was given by Mr Kumar Rahul, Chief Event Coordinator. The auditorium reverberated with the spirit of patriotism when the National Anthem echoed the hall.
The Vision 2047 Document outlines actionable strategies across 16 key areas, including education, entrepreneurship, health, agriculture, environment conservation, and tourism. The document reflects the shared vision of stakeholders for a developed Bihar by 2047. Experts and participants shared insights on a wide range of topics, such as fostering entrepreneurship, boosting water resource management, promoting IT-enabled services, and enhancing transport and communication infrastructure.
Integrated with the aim of creating a comprehensive ecosystem of Startups and increase awareness towards collective development through Startup Culture, several conferences and Vibrant Bihar Global Conclave were organized in Patna in the year 2022 and 2023. Bihar Entrepreneurship Conference 2021 and Bihar Vision @2047 Conclave 2023 were organized successfully at NDMC Auditorium, New Delhi. Through multiple Samvad Programmes at Dubai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Vadodara, many entrepreneurs have been connected to the process of initiating the ecosystem. Successful entrepreneurs also mentor and guide the Startups during these summits. Startup Summit held at Vidyapati Bhawan, Patna on 25th August 2024, Bihar @2047 Vision Conclave (Season 2) organized at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on 22 December 2024 saw tremendous positive response and turnover of Startups, entrepreneurs, experts from several fields, and enthusiastic participants. More than 2200 such Programmes have been organized in several districts of Bihar and multiple major cities in India. To spread the goals, objectives, and message of the campaign to every village, district, and city, including all sectors and segments of society, an elaborate Vrihat Jan Samvad was held at Begusarai on 10th December 2023, where more than 50000 people attended the event to display their commitment and participation. 21 January 2024 saw another such Vrihat Jan Samvad in Maharaja College of Arrah, where again thousands of people gathered. Third Vrihat Jan Samvad in Sasaram (Rohtas) on December 1. 2024, and 4th Vrihat Jan Samvad on 8th December 2024 at Rajendra Stadium, Chhapra, and yet another Vrihat Jan Samvad on 9 February 2025 at Vaishali were held witnessing the participation of several thousand people.
Based on the three basic principles of Education, Egalitarianism, and Entrepreneurship, the campaign is aimed at restoring the past glory of the state by rising above caste, creed, gender, and ideological differences, and build a developed Bihar by 2047. The campaign aims to spark an entrepreneurship revolution in Bihar, fostering local employment generation. To educate and skill every Bihari, an inclusive ecosystem must be built, supporting youth in self-employment, Startups, entrepreneurship, and businesses. At present the Gargi Chapter, led by women, currently runs 27 Gargi Pathshala centres in 14 districts of Bihar, offering free education to more than 2000 underprivileged students. It also supports women's self- employment through Gargi Kala Kaushal Kendras and Gargi Kritya. Several districts, including Siwan, Patna, Gaya, Aurangabad, Madhubani, Samastipur, and Begusarai, operate free education centres. The Jivak Chapter, founded by doctors, has organized over 250+ free health camps, benefiting 50.000+ underprivileged individuals The campaign is incessantly working towards bringing a major and impactful cultural, social, and educational change in Bihar.
