CPJ School of Law Organizes National Moot Court Competition, in Collaboration with
National Human Rights Commission, on November 14 and 15, 2025
New delhi-
In continuance with its rich tradition, CPJ College of Higher Studies and School of Law, Delhi (affiliated with GGSIP University) shall organize a National Moot Court Competition, in collaboration with National Human Rights Commission, on the theme "Human Rights in the Contemporary Era: Critical Concerns and Global Dynamics" on November 14 and 15, 2025, at the College Campus. The primary objective of organizing this law festival is to raise awareness about the need to protect and preserve the dignity of every individual and ensure that life is worth living as a human being. These rights fall under the ambit of human rights.
In a joint statement, Dr. Abhishek Jain, Secretary General and Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi, Director General shared that over 200 students from over 45 law universities/colleges across India would participate in this Moot Court Competition. This will be a memorable event during which participants will be able to hone their legal knowledge, mooting, debate, communication and presentation skills. Participating students will also benefit from the insightful thoughts and ideas of leading legal luminaries, who shall be the honorary judges for all events.
Mr. Joginder Singh, Registrar, National Human Rights Commission, Lt. Col. Virendra Singh, Director, National Human Rights Commission, Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma, Co-Chairman, Bar Council of India and Professor (Dr.) Devinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, shall be the Honorary Guests at the Inaugural ceremony of the National Moot Court Competition. With their profound knowledge, experience and guidance, the guests will undoubtedly enrich the practical aspects of the festival and enhance its intellectual and interactive quality. This grand event will undoubtedly be of immense benefit to the student community, scholars and legal professionals.
