CPJ College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Narela (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi) organized an Orientation Programme to Welcome 1st Year Students of BBA(G)/ BBA (CAM)/ BCA on 18th August, 2025 at the College Campus.

During the programme, DrAnuradhaChugh, Associate Professor USICT, GGSIPU was the Chief Guest and she graced the occasion with her esteemed presence. The programme formally began with National Anthem followed by lighting of the auspicious lamp amidst Saraswati Vandana by the guest along with Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi, Director General, Dr. Jyotsna Sinha, Director and other Senior Functionaries.

Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi gave the welcome address and warmly welcomed the new students, and the guest. Thereafter, the guest was felicitated. In his interactions with students, Dr. Chaturvedi emphasized the importance of discipline and concentration in a student’s life. Further, highlighting the values of hard work, intellectual curiosity and unwavering self-belief, he said these qualities are essential for the students to adopt as they step into their 4-year journey of Management and Information Technology education.

The Chief Guest Dr Anuradha Chug, Associate Professor, USICT, GGSIPU complimented the new students for getting admission in this premier college of the city. The Chief Guest pointed that there is adequate possibility of success and progress in the field of Management and Information Technology, even now in the age of ChatGPT. She explained the use of latest innovative technologies for sustainable development for students, society and our country India. For Management and IT Graduates various jobs are available in good quantity.

The learned Guest Speaker appreciated quality education being imparted at CPJ College. She assured students and parents that they are in safe hands.  Dr Anuradha Chugh told that the faculty and staff of this college are very co-operative and happily step forward to help every student. The Management and staff provide every facility to ensure students become more motivated, fully skilled and well trained to excel in their future career. The Hon’ble Chief Guest concluded her address with an important advice for the students that nothing is impossible for an eager, committed person with probity.

At the end, the Orientation Programme successfully concluded with refreshment and Vote of thanks proposed by Ms Ishmeet Kaur Sodhi, Assistant Professor. She expressed deep gratitude to the guest speaker, students and all those present on the occasion.
